A. Hostel/Warden Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor students residing in the hostel to ensure their safety, discipline, and well-being.
- Maintain a safe, clean, healthy, and positive hostel setting.
- Ensure students follow hostel rules, routines, schedules, and institutional policies.
- Conduct regular attendance and roll calls, particularly during designated reporting and sleeping hours.
- Monitor students' daily routines, including study time, meals, recreation, bedtime, and wake-up schedules.
- Maintain proper records of hostel attendance, student movements, leave, visitors, incidents, and other relevant information.
- Ensure students do not leave the hostel premises without proper authorization.
- Address students' routine concerns and provide appropriate guidance and support.
- Report cases of illness, injury, misconduct, bullying, conflict, or other concerns to the appropriate school authority.
- Coordinate with parents/guardians, teachers, administration, and support staff when required.
- Supervise hostel cleanliness, sanitation, hygiene, maintenance, and general upkeep.
- Ensure hostel facilities, furniture, equipment, and other assets are properly used and maintained.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies and follow the school's emergency and safeguarding procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding student information and sensitive matters.
- Promote good behaviour, discipline, responsibility, mutual respect, and a positive residential environment.

B. Sports Teacher Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct regular Physical Education and sports classes according to the school's curriculum and requirements.
- Organize training and coaching in sports and games such as football, cricket, volleyball, basketball, athletics, badminton, table tennis, etc., as applicable.
- Develop students' physical fitness, coordination, stamina, strength, teamwork, and sportsmanship.




- Identify students with sporting potential and provide appropriate coaching and encouragement.
- Organize inter-house, inter-school, and other sports competitions and activities.
- Prepare students and teams for competitions and maintain appropriate practice schedules.
- Ensure proper use, storage, and maintenance of sports equipment and facilities.
- Maintain records of students' participation and performance in sports activities.
- Promote fair play, discipline, teamwork, and respect for opponents and officials.
- Ensure appropriate warm-up, cool-down, hydration, and basic sports-safety practices during activities.
- Report sports-related injuries or safety concerns to the school administration promptly.
- Encourage maximum participation in physical activities while considering students' individual abilities and needs.

C. Combined/Additional Responsibilities

- Coordinate hostel recreational and fitness activities during students' free time.
- Organize evening games, morning physical activities, fitness sessions, and other structured recreational programmes.
- Maintain appropriate supervision during outdoor activities, excursions, sports events, and hostel activities.
- Work closely with the school administration to maintain discipline and student welfare.
- Participate in school events, assemblies, functions, camps, competitions, and other duties assigned by the management.
- Perform any other reasonable duties related to student welfare, hostel management, sports, and physical education as assigned by the competent authority.

Pay: ₹10,311.54 - ₹38,878.63 per month
