Job Description: Its project where Business Process Analyst(BPA) will analyze and optimize business processes of client for its Supply Chain area to enhance efficiency and productivity through automation.

A detail-oriented Business Process Analyst(BPA) to join our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team. In this role, BPA will analyze and optimize business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity through automation. Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document process requirements.
- Analyzing existing workflows and identifying areas for automation.
- Designing process maps and documentation to support RPA development using Robocorp and Python.
- Conducting feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for automation initiatives.
- Testing and validating automated solutions to ensure they meet business needs.

Experience: 3.5 + years in process analysis, process improvement, or a similar role.

- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and buy-in for process changes.




- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with RPA tools, particularly Robocorp, and proficiency in Python.

Nice-to-Haves:

- Six Sigma certification is required to ensure process improvement methodologies are applied effectively.
- Proficiency in process mining (e.g., Celonis, UiPath Process Mining), task mining, and process simulation tools.
- Experience with process automation (e.g., RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
- Experience working in Agile environments.
