Design plays a big role at Indiahikes. Whether it is our website, our video content, our visual branding or our merchandise. We are looking for a graphic designer who can grow design at Indiahikes. As a graphic designer, you collaborate with teams across the organisation to understand requirements and solve problems through design. You help create visually appealing infographics, web design, posters, merchandise, maps, guidebooks, social media content, Whatsapp content and more. You will work across different mediums.

Responsibilities:

- Create and design various materials for digital and print
- Select the right colours, fonts, images, and layouts
- Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with high quality
- Collaborate with fellow designers to develop new approaches for creating more-expressive graphics
- Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software

Skills and knowledge required:

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop / Indesign / Illustrator
- Minimum of two years experience in graphic design
- Attention to detail
- Communication skills
- Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web
- If you have illustration skills, that’s a bonus

- Your paragraph on 'why you wish to work at Indiahikes' is extremely significant to us and is a critical factor in getting your application short-listed. So do put adequate thought while writing it and avoid using AI.
Note: A passion for trek and travel is important, but must not be the only reason for you to apply.

- Please attach your latest and complete resume. Even if you don’t have a background in trekking, your past work experience matters to us.

- Except for the Assistant Trek Leader role, for all other roles the final step will be a one-day visit to the Indiahikes office in Bengaluru, where you’ll get a chance to meet the team and experience a little of what working at Indiahikes is like.
