- Positive knowledge of SQL Server and SQL queries.
- Basic understanding of Windows Server and application deployment.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, HTTP/HTTPS, and web services.
- Understanding of file-based integrations such as CSV, TXT, Excel, SFTP, etc.
- Experience troubleshooting application logs and Windows services.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts.
- Good understanding of software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of ERP integrations such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite, or similar systems will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of RFID, barcode, Android devices.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
- 2–4 years of experience in software/application support or a similar technical support role.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications and customer-facing software is preferred
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
