Job Overview

We are seeking a discreet, highly reliable, and polished VIP Driver & Personal Assistant to provide seamless transportation in luxury vehicles alongside executive-level logistical, administrative, and day-to-day operational support.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Personal Assistant Duties:

- Confidential Courier & Errands: Handle the secure transit and handoff of confidential legal/business documents, priority dispatches, and key procurements.
- Logistics & Liaison: Coordinate venue access, secure reserved parking, interface with building facilities and security, and manage end-to-end airport transfers.
- Itinerary & Schedule Alignment: Monitor daily meeting venues and flight schedules in real time to anticipate transit requirements and eliminate delays.
- Operational Support: Liaise directly with authorized service centers for asset maintenance, track receipts/expenses, and manage on-the-go communications as directed.

Chauffeur & Fleet Management:

- Luxury Vehicle Driving: Drive high-end luxury vehicles (Mercedes, BMW, Audi, etc.) with exceptional smoothness, passenger comfort, and strict defensive driving protocols.
- Route Optimization:



Leverage real-time navigation tools proactively to bypass congestion and guarantee absolute punctuality.
- Vehicle Upkeep: Ensure vehicles remain in showroom condition daily; manage fuel levels, FASTag balances, routine maintenance schedules, and regulatory compliance.
- Discretion & Privacy: Uphold absolute non-disclosure and confidentiality regarding all business discussions, calls, and executive affairs.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of skilled driving experience, with 2+ years chauffeuring senior executives, founders, or high-profile principals in premium automatic cars.
- Administrative Acumen: Organized, proactive, and comfortable using smartphone tools (navigation, messaging, UPI, and digital receipts).
- Professional Presence: Impeccably groomed, articulate, and courteous; fluent in Bengali/Hindi with working command of English.
- Credentials: Valid commercial or private 4-wheeler driving license, spotless driving record, and clear police background verification.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
