Are you an experienced Team Manager with a strong background in IT/Technical Sales, Chat Support, Sales? This could be your next opportunity!

Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Salary: Up to ₹ 10 LPA

Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Team Manager / Team Leader

Shift: US Rotational Shifts

Week Off: Saturday & Sunday – Fixed

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, motivate, and manage a team in the IT/Technical Support domain

* Drive team performance, productivity, quality, and business targets

* Monitor KPIs, SLAs, attendance, adherence, and overall performance

* Handle escalations and ensure excellent customer experience

* Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance improvement plans

* Manage chat support operations and customer interactions

* Drive sales, upselling/cross-selling, and conversion targets where applicable





* Prepare and monitor team performance reports and MIS

* Coordinate with Quality, Training, HR, Operations, and Client teams

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Manager / Team Leader

Experience in IT/Technical Sales, Chat Support, Sales

Strong people-management and team-handling skills

Excellent verbal and written communication

Strong knowledge of KPIs, SLAs, and performance management

Valuable problem-solving and escalation-handling skills

Flexibility to work in US rotational shifts

Immediate joiners preferred

Selection Process

2 Rounds of Face-to-Face (F2F) Interviews

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
