Hydraulic Fixture Designer – Creo

Location: Chinchwad MIDC, Pune

Job Summary

Responsible for designing high-precision hydraulic and mechanical fixtures for VMC, HMC, CNC Turning, 5-Axis machines, and SPMs using Creo.

Key Responsibilities

- Study customer part drawings and machining requirements.
- Develop fixture concepts based on the 3-2-1 principle.
- Design hydraulic & mechanical clamping systems.
- Select hydraulic components and design internal oil galleries.
- Create 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings in Creo.
- Ensure tolerances, surface finish, and manufacturing feasibility.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, assembly, and customer trials.
- Perform interference checks and ensure tool clearance.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering.




- 2–3 years of experience in fixture design.
- Proficiency in Creo Parametric (Mandatory).
- Knowledge of hydraulic circuits and component selection.
- Understanding of VMC, HMC, CNC Turning, and 5-Axis machining.
- Knowledge of machining, EDM, and laser cutting processes.
- Good problem-solving and project management skills.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
