- Handle customer enquiries, calls and complaints politely
- Take orders and coordinate with Production / Cafe / Bakery team
- Maintain customer data
- Follow up with customers for feedback and repeat orders
- Support billing, delivery and daily reporting
- Coordinate with store managers for smooth operation
Requirements:
- Qualification: Plus Two / Degree
- Positive communication in Malayalam, English, Hindi is an advantage
- Basic computer knowledge - MS Excel
- Friendly attitude and customer handling skill
- Must be willing to work in shifts
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
