HR & TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER

Location: S.R.M. Road, Vaduthala, Kochi, Kerala

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR & Talent Acquisition Manager to join our growing team in Kochi.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and HR operations, while working closely with management and department heads to attract, develop, and retain the right talent.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop effective talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Handle job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Manage employee onboarding, probation, confirmation, and exit formalities.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee relations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Manage attendance, leave, employee documentation, and HR-related processes.
- Support performance management, employee engagement, training, and development.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Assist management with manpower planning and organizational development.




- Prepare HR reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR and Talent Acquisition.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and levels.
- Good knowledge of HR practices and applicable labour laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities independently.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR/recruitment systems.
- Hands-on, proactive, and result-oriented approach.
