Durga Hardware & Electricals (DHE) is a growing industrial solutions company with a strong presence in the B2B industrial market. DHE is an Authorized SKF Partner and provides industrial customers with solutions in bearings, seals, lubrication, maintenance products and condition monitoring.
As we expand our industrial business in Sanand, Gujarat, we are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Customer Service Engineer (CSE) to support our SKF business.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and RFQs for SKF industrial products.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for order conversion.
- Coordinate with the sales team, customers and internal operations for order processing.
- Support customers with product identification and basic application requirements.
- Coordinate with SKF and internal teams for pricing, availability and delivery.
- Maintain customer enquiry, quotation and order records.
- Follow up on pending quotations and identify repeat business opportunities.
- Support vendor registration and customer onboarding activities.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Maintenance and Stores teams at industrial customer locations.
- Assist the sales team in developing new industrial accounts in Sanand and surrounding areas.
- Ensure timely communication regarding order status and deliveries.
- Maintain CRM/customer data and support business reporting.
Candidate Profile
Education:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in industrial sales support, customer service or technical sales.
- Experience in bearings, industrial MRO, power transmission, mechanical products or industrial distribution will be preferred.
Skills Required
- Good understanding of industrial products and mechanical applications.
- Experience in quotation preparation and customer follow-up.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of bearings and rotating equipment will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and business software/ERP.
- Gujarati, Hindi and English communication skills preferred.
