Job Summary

We are looking for a Gallery Executive to manage our company/product gallery and provide an excellent experience to dealers, customers, architects, interior designers, and other visitors. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining product displays, explaining product features, handling enquiries, and supporting sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage the day-to-day operations of the company gallery.

· Welcome and assist dealers, customers, architects, interior designers, and walk-in visitors.

· Explain laminates, plywood, WPC/PVC products, doors, and other company products to customers.

· Maintain attractive and updated product displays, samples, catalogues, and promotional materials.

· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

· Generate and follow up on enquiries received through the gallery.

· Coordinate with the sales team for customer visits, quotations, samples,



and order follow-ups.

· Maintain records of gallery visitors, enquiries, leads, and conversions.

· Ensure the gallery is clean, organized, and properly maintained at all times.

· Coordinate with the marketing team for product displays, branding, promotional activities, and new product launches.

· Monitor stock of samples, catalogues, brochures, and other marketing materials.

· Positive attitude and qualified personality.

· Ability to coordinate with sales and marketing teams.

· Knowledge of laminates, plywood, interior products, or building materials will be an advantage.
