Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager / Procurement Manager to manage purchasing activities, supplier coordination, material sourcing, price negotiation, and inventory requirements.

Candidates with experience in FMCG, Procurement, Purchase, Retail, Distribution, Trading, or related industries are encouraged to apply. Experience in Sales or Marketing will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day purchase and procurement activities.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Source products/materials based on quality, price, and delivery requirements.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and process purchase orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the stores/inventory team.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Sales, Stores,



and other departments.
- Track market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and new vendors.
- Evaluate supplier performance and resolve purchase-related issues.
- Maintain purchase records, reports, and documentation.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in Purchase / Procurement / Supply Chain / Vendor Management.
- FMCG experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in Retail, Distribution, Trading, or related industries will also be considered.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Valuable knowledge of market sourcing and purchasing processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, or Tally.
- Good communication, coordination, and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
