To manage accounting, audit, financial documentation, and compliance activities of the jewellery manufacturing business, ensuring accurate financial records, proper controls, and timely completion of internal and statutory audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and verify day-to-day accounting records, vouchers, invoices, purchase and sales entries.
- Conduct internal audit of jewellery manufacturing transactions, including gold receipts, issues, production, wastage, recovery, stock and finished-goods movements.
- Verify material issue and return records against production/job orders and supporting documents.
- Check manufacturing-related expenses, labour charges, payments, wastage and other production costs.
- Verify jewellery inward and outward movements, delivery documents, gate passes and supporting records.
- Review purchase, sales, expense and payment transactions for accuracy and proper authorization.
- Prepare audit schedules, reconciliation statements and supporting documents required for internal and statutory audits.
- Identify accounting errors, control weaknesses, discrepancies or irregular transactions and report them to management.
- Assist auditors during statutory,



tax, GST and other financial audits and provide required records and explanations.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting and audit documents.
- Monitor outstanding receivables, payables and other financial balances and conduct periodic reconciliations.
- Support GST, TDS, income-tax and other applicable statutory compliance activities.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial statements as required by management.
- Maintain confidentiality of company financial, production, gold-stock and employee-related information.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, Sales, HR and Management for audit verification and reconciliation.
- Perform other finance and audit-related duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting and audit.
- Experience in jewellery manufacturing or manufacturing accounts will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
