Join our client's engineering team as a Hardware Design Engineer specializing in next-gen metering products for energy, water, and gas segments. You will own the end-to-end PCB design lifecycle—from conceptualization through production release—ensuring reliable, cost-effective, and compliant designs for high-volume smart metering devices.

Key Skills & Requirements
*up to 8 years Design and develop hardware for electricity meters and related metering/IoT devices, from concept and schematic capture through PCB layout support, prototyping, bring-up, and validation.

*Select and integrate microcontrollers and connectivity modules appropriate to product performance, power, and cost requirements (see Required Skills for the specific platforms and interfaces).
*Own hardware bring-up, debugging (using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, protocol analyzers), and root-cause analysis of field and lab failures.
*Solid understanding of EMI/EMC, RF module integration, GSM/NB-IoT/4G, and communication standards in meter designs.




*Practical experience applying DFM/DFT principles and preparing databases for manufacturing.
*Experience working with compliance, safety, and quality standards in high-volume electronics.
*Effective documentation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
*Degree in Electronics/ Electrical/ Communications Engineering or a related field.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
