Key Responsibilities:

* Manage 40–50 frontline hires/month

* Source through referrals, job fairs, local talent hunting, poaching, left-employee calling & job portals

* Manage end-to-end recruitment and ensure timely joining

* Build a robust local hospitality talent pipeline

Requirements:

✅ 2–5 years of recruitment experience

✅ Hospitality recruitment experience is mandatory

✅ South India / Bengaluru market experience preferred

✅ Strong sourcing and volume-hiring skills

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
