We are looking for a Dental Assistant to join our dental clinic and support our dentists in providing efficient and high-quality patient care.
The ideal candidate should be responsible, well-organized, friendly with patients, and willing to learn and work as part of a qualified dental team.
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures and treatments.
- Prepare the dental operatory, instruments, and materials before procedures.
- Assist with chairside procedures as instructed by the dentist.
- Maintain proper sterilization and infection-control protocols.
- Clean, disinfect, and organize dental instruments and treatment areas.
- Prepare dental materials and equipment required for procedures.
- Assist with patient preparation and provide basic post-treatment instructions.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the clinic.
- Monitor and maintain stock of dental materials and supplies.
- Assist with maintaining patient records and treatment-related documentation.
- Help coordinate patient flow and appointments when required.
- Handle dental instruments and equipment carefully and responsibly.
- Provide a welcoming and professional experience for patients.
- Follow all clinic safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred.
- Freshers with relevant dental assisting training may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and sterilization.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
- Responsible, punctual, and well-organized.
- Willingness to learn new dental procedures and technologies.
- Ability to communicate professionally with patients and dental staff.
