EXECUTIVE – DISPATCH OPERATIONS

ROLE SUMMARY

KIMIRICA is looking for an Executive – Dispatch Operations to manage day-to-day dispatch activities, shipment documentation, order processing and coordination with warehouse and logistics teams. The role will ensure accurate, timely and smooth dispatch of products across D2C, retail and other business channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Dispatch Operations: Manage daily dispatch planning, order allocation, picking, packing, shipment handover and ensure timely dispatch.

- Order Processing: Process orders, verify quantities, addresses, invoices and dispatch details before shipment.

- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with courier partners, transporters and logistics teams for pickups, shipment movement and delivery handover.

- Documentation: Maintain invoices, shipping labels, dispatch documents, AWB details, outward records and other logistics documentation.

- MIS & Reconciliation: Maintain Excel-based dispatch trackers and MIS, reconcile dispatched orders, pending shipments, returns and delivery discrepancies.

- Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with Warehouse, Supply Chain, Marketplace, Finance and Customer Support teams to resolve dispatch-related issues.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Commerce, Business Administration or related field.
- Hands-on understanding of dispatch, order processing, logistics and shipment coordination.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets; SAP or inventory systems preferred.
- Strong follow-up, coordination and attention to detail.
- Experience in D2C, e-commerce, FMCG, beauty, personal care, lifestyle or retail will be an advantage.
