Job Title: Fabrication Fitter – Pressure Vessel / Heat Exchanger / Air Receiver Tank

Job Responsibilities:

- Read and understand fabrication drawings, GA drawings, and dimensions.
- Perform fit-up and assembly of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, and Air Receiver Tanks.
- Carry out shell rolling, plate fit-up, nozzle fit-up, flange fit-up, and alignment.
- Perform marking, cutting, grinding, edge preparation, and tack welding as required.
- Maintain correct root gap, alignment, level, and dimensions as per drawings.
- Coordinate with welders for proper welding sequence and joint preparation.
- Use measuring instruments such as measuring tape, Vernier caliper, bevel gauge, spirit level, etc.
- Ensure fabrication work is carried out as per approved drawings, quality requirements, and safety procedures.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and follow site safety rules.

Required Skills & Experience:





- 2–5 years of experience in heavy fabrication.
- Experience in Pressure Vessel, Heat Exchanger, Air Receiver Tank, or similar equipment fabrication preferred.
- Good knowledge of fabrication drawings and fit-up procedures.
- Practical knowledge of shell, nozzle, flange, and structural fit-up.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with welders and supervisors.

Qualification: ITI / Fabrication trade preferred.

Location: Nashik, Maharashtra
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and skill.
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Pay: ₹700.00 - ₹2,000.00 per day
