We are seeking an experienced plumber (5‑8 years) to join a leading construction

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with contractors, construction workers, electricians, pipefitters, and steamfitters to install and repair plumbing systems.
- Install heating, air‑conditioning, and water‑heater equipment, including supports, pipes, fixtures, sinks, toilets, and gas/steam lines.
- Perform basic electrical work for restaurant kitchen equipment as required.
- Inspect drainage and plumbing installations for compliance with local and national codes and health‑safety standards.
- Test systems for leaks, diagnose problems, and document findings and corrective actions in written reports.
- Modify pipe lengths, replace worn components, and select appropriate materials based on budget, building specifications, and intended use.
- Interpret blueprints, layout maps, and building specifications to determine pipe routes and fixture placements.
- Conduct routine maintenance on domestic appliances such as dishwashers and gas cookers.

Required Qualifications

- 5–8 years proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing installation and repair.




- Valid plumbing licence and ability to work on water, gas, steam, and air distribution systems.
- Demonstrated knowledge of local building codes and ability to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Strong problem‑analysis skills with the ability to select tools and materials for effective repairs.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Valid driving licence (India / GCC) and clean driving record.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in hospitality or QSR restaurant environments.
- Familiarity with basic electrical installations for Hospital equipment.
- Capability to work on air‑conditioning and heating system installations.
