Salary: Up to ₹40,000 In-Hand per month, depending on last drawn salary

Working Days: 5 days working + 2 rotational week-offs

Shift: Rotational shifts (24/7), excluding midnight shifts

Transportation: No transportation facility provided

Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our US Healthcare Process team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, customer-handling abilities, and preferably experience in US healthcare customer service or medical billing.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and provide accurate solutions.

Manage high-volume calls while maintaining service quality.

Resolve customer issues with a customer-first approach.

Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Support patients, providers, or healthcare-related processes as required.

Eligibility & Skills

HSC, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.

1–3 years of experience in US healthcare customer service or medical billing preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.





Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Willingness to work in US/rotational shifts.

Experience in claims processing, provider support, patient support, or revenue cycle management is preferred.

Prior BPO or healthcare support experience is an advantage.
