- Recipe Compliance: Follow standardized recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistent taste and presentation.
- Kitchen Sanitation: Clean and sanitize work areas, cooking equipment, and utensils before, during, and after shifts.
- Inventory Management: Label, date, and store food items properly; monitor stock levels and report shortages.
