Position: International Voice Support Associate
Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Shift: Rotational Shifts (24/7)
Salary: Up to ₹7 LPA
Benefits: Two-Way Cab Facility

Eligibility

- Minimum 6+ months of experience in International Voice Support is mandatory*
- Freshers are not eligible to apply
- 12th Pass, Undergraduates, and Graduates can apply
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are mandatory
- Ability to handle multiple customer chats simultaneously
- Comfortable working in rotational and night shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls/chats/mails with professionalism and accuracy
- Deliver prompt and effective resolutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction




- Manage multiple chat conversations efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure quality, productivity, and response time targets are consistently achieved
- Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate teams when required
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
