We are looking for Academic Counsellors to join our growing team!

Locations: Noida Sector 2
Experience: 1+ year in EdTech Sales
Qualification: Graduate from any stream
Compensation: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives
Immediate Joiners Preferred

What Will You Do?
Connect with prospective learners through calls.
Understand students’ career goals, interests, and learning requirements.
Explain suitable Online UG & PG programs and guide learners through their decision-making process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with learners.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth student experience.
Work towards counselling, enrolment, and conversion targets.
Follow up with prospective learners and support them throughout the enrolment journey.
This is a target-oriented role involving student counselling, regular follow-ups, and enrolment conversions.

Who Can Apply?




Candidates with 1+ year of experience, preferably in EdTech Sales.
Graduates from any stream.
Candidates with strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Candidates with good knowledge of Online UG & PG courses/programs.
Individuals interested in Education, Counselling, Sales, or EdTech.
Positive, goal-oriented individuals with a willingness to learn and grow.
