Magic Food Zone is looking for an experienced HR Manager with F&B; background to manage end-to-end HR operations across our restaurant outlets.

This role requires strong experience in restaurant hiring, payroll management, compliance, and workforce handling in a fast-paced F&B; setting.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Manpower Planning

- End-to-end hiring for restaurant staff (Outlet Managers, Chefs, Captains, Stewards, Kitchen & Service Staff)
- Bulk hiring for new outlet openings
- Manpower budgeting and attrition control

Payroll & Compliance

- Monthly salary preparation and payroll processing
- Attendance reconciliation with outlet managers
- Overtime, incentives & service charge calculations
- PF, ESIC, PT & statutory compliance
- Full & Final settlements
- Maintaining employee records and documentation

Employee Engagement & Operations

- Handling blue-collar workforce management




- Grievance handling and disciplinary actions
- Performance review coordination
- Ensuring smooth HR operations across multiple outlets

Requirements

- Min 5 years HR experience in F&B; / Restaurant
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations
- Experience handling high-attrition workforce
- Knowledge of labor laws & statutory compliance
- Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
