Job Overview

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Walmart Seller Support process in Pune. The role involves assisting sellers with their queries, providing accurate information, resolving process-related issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Candidates with experience in e-commerce seller support or customer service are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer/seller queries through the designated support channel.
- Understand seller concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Follow established process guidelines and service standards.
- Maintain professional communication with customers and sellers.
- Record and update customer interactions and case details as required.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer service parameters.





Candidate EligibilityCandidates with E-commerce Seller Support / Customer Service Experience

- Minimum B2-level communication skills.
- Experience in e-commerce seller support or customer service.
- Both domestic and international customer service experience may be considered.
- Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

Candidates from Non-E-commerce Backgrounds

- Minimum B2+ communication skills.
- Prior international customer service experience is required.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary up to ₹32,000 CTC per month, based on relevant experience and selection.
- Both-side cab facility available.
- Cab support available during applicable odd-hour shifts.
- 5.5 working days per week.
- Rotational weekly offs.
