Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Desktop & Network Engineer to provide onsite IT infrastructure and end-user support at client locations. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting desktop systems, network connectivity, hardware, software, and basic network infrastructure while ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

Desktop & End-User Support

- Provide onsite technical support to users for desktop, laptop, printer, scanner, and other IT peripherals.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Configure user accounts, email, shared folders, printers, and other IT resources.
- Perform OS installation, software installation, system formatting, and upgrades.
- Maintain proper records of IT assets and equipment.

Network Support

- Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi,



and internet connectivity issues.
- Configure and troubleshoot switches, routers, access points, and basic network devices.
- Handle IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, and basic TCP/IP troubleshooting.
- Monitor network connectivity and identify network-related issues.
- Assist with network installation, patching, cable termination, and basic structured cabling activities.
- Coordinate with the network/infrastructure team for escalated issues.

Onsite / Client Support

- Attend client requirements and resolve technical issues at the site.
- Coordinate with the client IT team and internal technical team.
- Maintain daily activity reports, service reports, and issue-resolution records.
- Follow site access, security, safety, and client-specific procedures.
- Ensure professional communication and customer service at all times.
- Support IT infrastructure during installations, migrations, and project activities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
