Job Summary
We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to support our Logistics & Transport operations. The candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry, maintaining shipment and vehicle records, updating Excel sheets/system entries, and coordinating with the operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update Diesel/Fuel Records and monitor fuel consumption.
- Update Happay Cards and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
- Maintain and update Trip Details on a regular basis.
- Communicate and coordinate with Drivers regarding trips, routes, fuel, and operational requirements.
- Monitor and verify Vehicle Routes to ensure smooth and effective operations.
- Coordinate with Fuel Pumps regarding fuel requirements, transactions, and payment-related matters.
- Maintain proper records of fuel usage, vehicle movements, and trip-related expenses.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Data Entry, Logistics, Transport, Warehouse or related field.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good typing speed with accuracy.
- Basic understanding of logistics/transport operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
