- B.E / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / MBA in Operations/Supply Chain preferred
- Knowledge of mechanical components, fabrication, machining, hydraulics, sheet metal, steel structures.
- Vendor negotiation, cost reduction, contract management, Incoterms
- SAP/Oracle, MS Excel - Advanced, AutoCAD drawing reading is a plus
- Identify, evaluate and develop new vendors for mechanical items - steel, fabrication, hydraulics, motors, gearboxes, fasteners, bearings
- Float RFQs, technical discussion with vendors, negotiate best price, quality and delivery terms
- Issue Purchase Orders, follow up for timely delivery, coordinate with logistics and accounts
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQ costing, rate analysis for current projects and tenders
- Coordinate with QC and Engineering team for material specs, drawings, and rejection handling
- Work with Planning/Store team for material requirement planning, avoid stock-out and excess inventory
- Ensure on-time procurement for project sites. Handle urgent/site material dispatch
- Maintain vendor database, rate contracts, comparison sheets, and MIS reports

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
