Candidate Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Hindi & Punjabi; basic English is preferred
- Confident and comfortable speaking with clients and leads
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Instagram and calling applications
- Positive attitude and professional approach
- Freshers can apply
- Prior telecalling, sales or customer-handling experience will be an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads
- Explain JP Studios' services, projects and opportunities
- Follow up with interested candidates and clients
- Maintain proper records of calls and follow-ups
- Convert leads into registrations/bookings wherever applicable
- Coordinate with the internal team for further communication
- Handle basic customer queries professionally
Salary
