Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is:

- Creative, passionate, and genuinely interested in wedding design.
- Professional, punctual, and responsible towards their work.
- Detail-oriented and focused on quality.
- Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions.
- Able to manage assignments independently and collaborate with the team.
- Interested in developing expertise in print and digital wedding invitations.

Software & Technical Requirements:

- CorelDRAW / Adobe Illustrator: Required for qualified print design and editable artwork.
- Adobe Photoshop: Knowledge of image editing and design composition.
- Procreate: Knowledge of digital illustration and creative artwork.
- Canva: Familiarity with digital design and layout creation.
- Video Editing Software: Experience with tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro,



or other relevant software.
- E-Invite / Website Tools: Familiarity with digital invitation and website design tools is an advantage.

Work From Home Requirements (Mandatory)

Applicants must have:

- Stable high-speed broadband connection
- Personal laptop/desktop with minimum 8GB RAM
- All required design software installed
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace

Selection Process

- Resume screening
- Portfolio review
- Design Evaluation Task (timed assignment)
- Final discussion

The design task will evaluate:

- Creativity
- Speed
- Execution quality
- Presentation quality
- Attention to detail

Submissions that are poorly presented or casually exported will not be considered. How you present your work matters.

Pay: ₹4,500.00 - ₹7,500.00 per month
