*About the Role*

*DIAMETRIC BUILDS PVT LTD* is looking for a responsible and hardworking **Site Engineer – Civil** to supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality control, manpower coordination, material management, and timely completion of work.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities at the site.

* Ensure work is executed as per approved **drawings, specifications, and quality standards**.

* Read and understand **civil and structural drawings**.

* Monitor construction quality and ensure proper execution of work.

* Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, workers, vendors, and site teams.

* Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.

* Check site measurements and maintain proper site records.

* Supervise **RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, brickwork, plaster, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works**.

* Monitor daily project progress and ensure work is completed within timelines.

* Identify site issues and coordinate with the Project Manager for solutions.

* Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize material wastage.

* Prepare and maintain **Daily Progress Reports (DPR)** and site documentation.





* Coordinate material requirements with the purchase/store team.

* Ensure compliance with site safety rules and company standards.

* Conduct regular site inspections and report project progress to management.

*Required Skills*

* Good knowledge of **Civil Construction & Site Execution**.

* Ability to read and interpret civil and structural drawings.

* Basic knowledge of construction materials and methods.

* Good site supervision and team coordination skills.

* Valuable communication and problem-solving abilities.

* Basic knowledge of **MS Excel and MS Office**.

* Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

* Willingness to travel/work at different project sites.

*Qualification & Experience*

* Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in **Civil Engineering**.

* **1 year or more than 1 year of relevant experience** in civil site execution.

* Experience in construction, real estate, residential, commercial, or interior projects will be preferred.

* Candidates should be willing to work across **Noida, Delhi, and Faridabad** as per project requirements.

*Compensation*

**Salary:** ₹20,000+ per month

**Incentives:** Performance-based incentives
