Project Manager / Scrum Master JOB DESCRIPTION Project Manager / Scrum Master AI | Agentic AI | Salesforce EXPERIENCE 6+ years SALESFORCE Mandatory ROLE PM / Scrum Master AVAILABILITY Immediate to 30 days About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master with a strong background in Salesforce delivery to lead and drive enterprise-scale initiatives involving Artificial Intelligence (AI), Agentic AI, and Salesforce platforms. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing Agile teams, delivering complex Salesforce programs, and coordinating AI-driven business transformation initiatives. This role requires exceptional stakeholder management, delivery governance, and cross-functional leadership skills. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end project delivery across AI, Agentic AI, and Salesforce initiatives. • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder expectations. • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. • Drive collaboration between business stakeholders, product owners, architects, Salesforce teams, data teams, and AI specialists. • Coordinate delivery of AI-powered solutions including copilots, autonomous workflows, intelligent agents, RAG-based implementations, and GenAI use cases. • Ensure successful integration of AI capabilities within Salesforce ecosystems. • Monitor project health through KPIs, dashboards, status reporting, and governance reviews. • Identify and mitigate delivery risks while ensuring adherence to quality standards and Agile best practices. • Support organizational change management, user adoption, and business readiness activities. Experience • 6+ years of overall experience in IT delivery,



with significant experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master. • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise technology programs from initiation through deployment. Salesforce Experience (Mandatory) • Hands-on experience delivering Salesforce programs/projects is mandatory. • Proven track record across one or more Salesforce platforms: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, Einstein AI, Agentforce, Salesforce integrations, or custom development. • Experience coordinating Salesforce development teams, solution architects, business analysts, and stakeholders. • Understanding of Salesforce release management, environments, deployment practices, and governance. AI & Agentic AI Experience • Experience managing or coordinating AI/GenAI initiatives. • Exposure to Agentic AI solutions, multi-agent systems, AI copilots, prompt engineering initiatives, RAG implementations, intelligent automation, and autonomous workflows. • Understanding of AI governance, risk, compliance, and enterprise adoption practices is preferred. Agile & Delivery Management • Strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or hybrid delivery models. • Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar platforms. • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and distributed global teams.
