Department: IT / Technical Support

We are looking for a motivated and technically sound IT Technician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support, maintaining computer systems and network infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity-related issues.
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related queries.
- Configure and maintain LAN/Wi-Fi networks, routers, switches, and other networking devices.
- Perform installation and configuration of Windows and other required software.
- Maintain IT inventory, hardware records, and equipment documentation.
- Assist with data backup, antivirus, system security, and regular maintenance.
- Diagnose and resolve printer and peripheral device issues.
- Monitor network and system performance and report technical problems.
- Coordinate with external vendors/service providers whenever required.




- Ensure proper IT security practices and compliance with company policies.

Eligibility

For Freshers:

- Graduate/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Hardware & Networking, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, Windows OS, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Good learning ability and willingness to work on technical issues.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Certifications in Hardware & Networking, IT Support, CCNA, CompTIA A+, or equivalent will be an advantage.
- Experience with office IT infrastructure will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
