Job Title: Field/ Outdoor Sales Executive – Dental Instruments & Supplies

Pay: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

We are hiring an Outdoor Sales Executive to promote and sell dental instruments, equipment, consumables, and related products to clinics, hospitals, dental colleges, and laboratories.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit dental clinics, hospitals, dental colleges, laboratories, and other healthcare institutions.
- Generate current leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dentists, clinic owners, purchase managers, and institutions.
- Promote and demonstrate dental instruments, equipment, consumables, and related products.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Collect orders and follow up on quotations and pending orders.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market activities.
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.




- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, delivery, service, and customer complaints.
- Follow up on outstanding payments when required.
- Maintain daily field visit reports, customer records, lead status, and sales updates.

Experience:

- Must have prior outdoor/field sales experience
- Experience in medical, dental, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical equipment sales is preferred
- Experience in B2B sales and customer relationship management will be an added advantage

Preferred Skills:

- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer-handling ability
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM/Google Sheets
- Two-wheeler/ four-wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred
