About the Role

Kidvento is looking for a passionate and innovative STEM Expert / Academic Facilitator to inspire and mentor school students through engaging, hands-on STEM learning.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in coding, electronics, IoT, and robotics, with the ability to make technical concepts simple and engaging through practical activities, projects, robots, drones, and science-based innovations.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct interactive STEM, Robotics, Coding, and Electronics sessions for school students.
- Teach robotics, coding, electronics, IoT, and 3D printing through hands-on, project-based learning.
- Guide and mentor students for STEM competitions, robotics competitions, and innovation challenges.
- Develop lesson plans, activities, and practical STEM projects that encourage curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving.
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot robotics kits, drones, electronics components, and STEM lab equipment.
- Collaborate with school faculty to integrate STEM programs with the existing curriculum.
- Plan and conduct coding activities to improve students' understanding of technology and programming.
- Mentor students in coding, robotics, technology, and innovation while maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods based on students' learning needs.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in STEM education, coding, robotics, IoT, AI, and related technologies.




- Participate in professional development, research, workshops, and educational initiatives to enhance STEM learning.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Education, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in STEM education, robotics, coding, electronics, or a related field. Freshers with strong hands-on project experience are encouraged to apply.
- Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience in STEM/Robotics is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Arduino, microcontrollers, electronics, robotics, drones, IoT, AI, or coding platforms.
- Knowledge of Python, coding, electronics, and basic web/app development is an added advantage.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging way to school students.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Passion for education, innovation, technology, and student development.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and participate in continuous professional development.
- Willingness to work in a school environment and travel as required.
