ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can create high-quality advertisements, Instagram reels, social media posts, and content videos for AYMRK Media’s products and digital screens.

You will work closely with the marketing, operations, and product teams to develop engaging visuals that strengthen brand identity and deliver impactful communication.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESGraphic Design

- Design creative ad banners, promotional posters, marketing creatives, and screen display ads for AYMRK products.
- Create visually appealing social media posts, stories, thumbnails, and carousel creatives.
- Develop consistent branding designs aligned with AYMRK’s visual identity.
- Design layouts for presentations, brochures, digital screens, and campaign creatives.

Video Editing

- Edit Instagram reels, short-form videos, client ad videos, and product explainer videos.
- Add captions, transitions, sound effects, and motion graphics as required.
- Create ad-ready vertical videos for 24-inch screens, cab screens, and apartment screens.
- Maintain high-quality and quick turnaround for all video content.

Content Creation

- Work with the marketing team to ideate concepts for reels and ads.
- Repurpose long-form content into short clips for social media.
- Generate creative concepts aligned with brand tonality and current trends.

Additional Responsibilities





- Maintain a robust understanding of trends on Instagram, YouTube, and digital advertising.
- Manage project timelines and deliver high-quality outputs before deadlines.
- Coordinate with the sales & product teams for ad requirements of vendors and clients.
- Ensure all creatives meet AYMRK screen resolutions and technical specifications.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor (portfolio required).
- Canva (Advanced)
- Proficiency in tools like:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects (added advantage)
- Strong understanding of social media formats and design best practices.
- Ability to work creatively and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good sense of aesthetics, colour theory, and typography.
- Knowledge of motion graphics is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Media, Animation, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum 1* – 3 years* of experience in graphic designing and video editing.
- Candidates with exceptional portfolios will also be considered.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
