About the Role

The Good Skin Project is seeking a dynamic, well groomed, and sales driven Counter Sales Executive to manage front desk operations while promoting our skin, beauty, and contouring treatments. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service while contributing to clinic revenue through effective sales and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Operations

- Welcome and assist clients visiting the clinic
- Manage appointments, walk ins, cancellations, and follow ups
- Handle client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and in person
- Maintain client records, billing, and daily operational reports
- Coordinate with therapists and dermatologists to ensure smooth clinic operations

Sales and Client Engagement

- Explain and promote skin, beauty, and body contouring treatments and packages
- Achieve monthly sales targets for services and retail products
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling treatments
- Follow up on package renewals,



consultations, and pending leads
- Build robust client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals

Clinic Coordination

- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable
- Monitor and manage front desk retail product inventory
- Support clinic marketing and promotional activities
- Collect client feedback and share insights with management

Eligibility Criteria

Experience

- Mandatory experience in a Beauty Clinic, Skin Clinic, Derma Clinic, Aesthetic Clinic, or Wellness Center
- Preferred 1 to 3 years of experience in Front Desk, Reception, Client Servicing, or Sales roles

Skills and Competencies

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Marathi will be an added advantage
- Strong customer service and client relationship management skills
- Sales oriented mindset with the ability to achieve targets
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, billing software, and WhatsApp Business
- Professional appearance and positive attitude

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
