Job Summary

Optima Poultry Pvt. Ltd. is looking for hardworking and skilled candidates to join our Poultry Feed Additives Mix-L Machines Manufacturing, Installation & Service Team.

We have openings for Welder, Fitter and Helper positions. Candidates will be involved in machine fabrication, assembly, installation and service activities at our Coimbatore Head Office and project/site locations.

Candidates with relevant poultry machinery, feed mill machinery or industrial machinery experience will be given priority.

1. Welder – 1 PositionKey Responsibilities

- Perform welding and fabrication work for machinery and machine components.
- Carry out welding of MS/metal structures and machine parts.
- Support machine fabrication and manufacturing activities.
- Read and understand basic fabrication drawings where required.
- Ensure proper alignment and quality of welded components.
- Assist in machine installation and modification work at project sites.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and secure working area.

Required Skills

- Experience in machine fabrication and welding.
- Knowledge of welding tools and equipment.
- Ability to perform quality welding and fabrication work.
- Experience in industrial machinery fabrication will be preferred.

2. Fitter – 1 PositionKey Responsibilities

- Perform mechanical fitting and machine assembly activities.
- Assemble machine components as per drawings and specifications.
- Support installation and commissioning of machinery.
- Perform fitting, alignment and adjustment of machine components.
- Assist in troubleshooting and servicing of machinery.
- Support fabrication and installation activities at project/site locations.




- Maintain tools and equipment properly and follow safety procedures.

Required Skills

- Experience in machine assembly and fitting.
- Knowledge of mechanical tools and fitting practices.
- Ability to understand basic mechanical drawings.
- Experience in industrial machinery assembly will be preferred.

3. Helper – 1 PositionKey Responsibilities

- Assist in manufacturing, fabrication and machine assembly activities.
- Support Welders and Fitters during machine fabrication and assembly.
- Assist in loading, unloading and handling of materials and components.
- Maintain tools, equipment and work areas.
- Assist in machine installation and service activities.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and senior technicians.
- Support project/site activities as required.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of workshop/manufacturing activities.
- Willingness to learn welding, fitting and machine assembly work.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Physically fit and willing to work at project/site locations.
- Previous experience in a workshop, fabrication or machinery environment will be an advantage.
