Role Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Support Associate with strong communication skills who can
professionally handle customer queries via calls and chats.

Key Responsibilities:
● Resolve customer queries professionally across calls and chat portals.
● Support customer lifecycle management and resolve grievances
● Maintain customer records using CRM tools and Excel
● Coordinate with internal teams including logistics, warehouse, operations, and finance
● Ensure timely customer support and follow-ups

Ideal Candidate Profile:
● Valuable verbal and written communication skills
● Working knowledge of MS Excel
● Customer-first attitude with strong problem-solving skills
● Organised and detail-oriented, with empathy toward customer concerns
● Proactive and dependable team player
● Prior experience with a D2C brand or customer support is a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
