We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in targeted markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly targets
- Conduct market research to understand trends and competitor activities
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Generate leads through networking, digital platforms, and field visits

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field




- Proven experience in Business Development / Sales role (1–5 years preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in hospitality, education, or service industry (added advantage)
- Strong networking and client handling ability
