Role Overview
Utkarsh Global Foundation is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to plan and execute impactful events. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, creative, and passionate about driving social change through well-managed events.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute events from concept to completion
- Coordinate with vendors, volunteers, and partners
- Manage event logistics and on-ground operations
- Ensure smooth execution of all event activities
- Promote events through social media and outreach initiatives
- Handle event timelines, budgets, and reporting
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in event coordination
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours based on event schedules
- Passion for social work and community engagement
