Eligibility:
- Min. 0-6 months exp is needed with international customer handling process (voice/chat/blended)
- Fluent in verbal English communications
- Immediate to 10-15 days notice
- Undergraduates/ Grads both can apply (with exp)For freshers - Graduation is mandatory
Salary:
- Graduate Freshers = 21k in handWith
- exp = Up to 25k in hand for non-voice roles
- Higher salary/ package opportunities for sales/ Upselling experience
Job Location & shifts
Noida24*7/ Rotational Shifts/ US shifts - 5 days working
Preferred candidates:
- Candidates from US/ UK/ Australian/ Canadian voice/non-voice roles
- Good spoken English
- Good presence of mind
- Comfortable with a voice/ blended process environment
