Compensation for experienced candidates will be based on relevant experience and role eligibility.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

You will be part of a US Healthcare Customer Service team, assisting patients with healthcare-related queries and service requests.

You may help patients who need to:

- Understand what to do when their pharmacy is closed
- Get assistance with a medication refill request
- Connect with a nurse
- Connect with an online pharmacist
- Seek assistance with medication or medical-supply delivery
- Understand the next step for their healthcare service

Your role is to listen, understand, follow the defined process, and connect the patient with the appropriate healthcare professional or service team.

You don't need to be a healthcare expert — we'll train you!
