Job Responsibilities
- Handle patient queries related to prescribed medicines.
- Explain medication usage, dosage, and treatment plans as guided by doctors.
- Coordinate with doctors and support the consultation process.
- Maintain patient records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Provide excellent patient support while maintaining professionalism.
Skills Required
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and medicines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
