Position: Officer – Warehouse & Logistics

Role Summary

Manage store operations, inventory control, statutory documentation, outsourcing logistics, and dispatch activities for the Plant. Responsible for material handling, subcontracted job-work tracking, finished goods dispatch, and maintaining 100% ERP stock accuracy.

Core Responsibilities

- Statutory & Quality Records: Maintain Mill Test Certificates (MTC), Material Traceability, Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), GST Delivery Challans, E-Way Bills, Gate Passes, and Safety Data Sheets (SDS/MSDS) with shelf-life logs for chemicals.
- Material & Inventory Handling: Receive, bin, store, and issue raw materials, fasteners, bought-out parts, production consumables using FIFO/FEFO, and General consumables.
- Outsourcing & Subcontracting: Prepare Job Work Delivery Challans, coordinate material movement to/from sub-vendors, track vendor stock balances, and reconcile returned processed goods.
- Dispatch Operations:



Oversee finished assembly packing, loading, dispatch paperwork (invoices, challans, packing lists, e-way bills), transport booking, and pre-dispatch inspection clearances.
- Store & ERP Operations: Maintain real-time stock entries in ERP/SAP/Tally, run physical stock counts, track min-max levels, and manage stock segregation.

Candidate Requirements

- Education & Experience: Diploma / Degree with 5–8 years in sheet metal stores, dispatch, and subcontracting management.
- Key Skills: Sheet metal grades, hardware specs, outsourcing/job-work challan management, dispatch documentation (GRN, E-Way Bills, GST Challans, MSDS, MTC), and ERP proficiency (SAP/Tally/MS Excel).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
