Datameris is looking for a Paid Media Manager with deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads to lead the execution and optimisation of paid acquisition across our businesses and client portfolio. This is a high-impact role with direct responsibility for acquisition efficiency, lead quality, customer growth, and the commercial performance of paid media. We are looking for a specialist with substantial hands-on experience—someone who understands the platforms beyond campaign setup and standard optimisation, and who has developed strong judgment through managing budgets, testing aggressively, scaling successful campaigns, and diagnosing underperformance. The person we hire should combine platform expertise, analytical depth, commercial judgment, and ownership.

Key Responsibilities

● Own the strategy, execution, optimisation, and scaling of campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads

● Manage advertising budgets with clear accountability for efficiency and business outcomes

● Build campaign structures based on market, intent, audience, funnel stage, and commercial objectives

● Drive improvements across CAC, CPL, ROAS, conversion rate, lead quality, and revenue efficiency

● Develop and execute structured testing across audiences, creatives, messaging, keywords, offers, bidding strategies, and landing pages

● Identify the underlying causes of performance changes and determine the appropriate corrective action

Scale successful campaigns while maintaining acquisition quality and efficiency

● Build effective prospecting, remarketing, and retargeting frameworks

● Work closely with creative teams to translate performance insights into stronger concepts and messaging

● Collaborate with web, product,



and sales teams to improve the complete acquisition journey

● Evaluate campaign performance against downstream lead quality, conversion, and revenue

● Maintain high standards of tracking, attribution, measurement, and reporting

● Translate media performance into clear recommendations and business decisions
