* Education & Experience: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 3–5 years of quality control and assurance experience in sheet metal fabrication and machining.
* Inspection & Instruments: Proficient in exact dimensional measurement and in-process inspection using vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bevel protractors, and dial indicators.
* Sheet Metal Quality Checks: Experienced in verifying laser-cut edge quality (burr/dross check), bend angles, hole pitch tolerances, and flat patterns according to engineering drawings.
* ISO Certification & Compliance: Hands-on experience with ISO 9001:2015 (QMS) requirements, conducting internal audits,
handling Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), maintaining instrument calibration records, and ensuring standard shop-floor compliance.
* Quality Documentation: Skilled in preparing Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) reports, First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR), SOPs, and tracking rejection/scrap data in MS Excel.
* Quality Standards & Tools: Practical knowledge of 7 QC tools, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA implementation, and basic GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
