Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Gym Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our fitness facility. The Gym Manager will be responsible for member experience, staff management, fitness operations, sales, equipment maintenance, hygiene standards and achievement of membership and revenue targets.

The ideal candidate should have robust leadership skills, excellent communication abilities and a good understanding of fitness centre operations and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall daily operations of the gym and fitness centre.
- Supervise gym trainers, fitness instructors, reception and support staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with members.
- Achieve monthly membership, renewal, personal-training and revenue targets.
- Ensure gym equipment is maintained properly and arrange preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety and presentation throughout the gym.




- Monitor inventory of towels, fitness accessories, cleaning supplies and other operational materials.
- Maintain daily, weekly and monthly operational and sales reports.
- Monitor expenses and support management in controlling operating costs.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards and applicable regulations.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–5+ years of experience in a gym, fitness club, wellness centre, sports club or similar facility.
- Previous experience as a Gym Manager, Fitness Manager, Club Manager, Assistant Gym Manager or Senior Fitness Trainer preferred.
- Fitness certification or qualification in Sports / Physical Education / Fitness Management will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
