We are looking for a Graphic Designer Intern interested in learning how design and visual content support the personal branding of founders, business leaders, and CXO's.

You will create daily graphics for LinkedIn and other digital platforms, work on live projects, and learn to transform ideas and content into clear, creative, and engaging visuals. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to the connection between design, content, and personal branding.

Key Responsibilities

- Create daily graphics and visual content for founders, co-founders, and CXO's to support their personal branding.
- Understand the content, key messages, and objectives before developing visual concepts.
- Transform ideas and complex information into simple, impactful, and visually engaging designs.
- Work on live client projects, campaigns, and ongoing creative requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the Founder, Co-founder, and Marketing team to understand creative direction and execution.
- Develop creative concepts and visual assets for social media, email campaigns, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Design engaging promotional materials, including flyers, posters, digital advertisements, and social media creatives.
- Create, organize, and maintain brand assets while ensuring consistency across different platforms and communication materials.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques and apply relevant trends to creative projects.

Requirements

- Graduation from a recognized university is required.
- A certification or industry-specific course in Graphic Design or a related field from a recognized institute will be an added advantage.




- Prior internship or practical experience in Graphic Design will be preferred.
- Strong interest and passion for Graphic Design, visual communication, and creative development.
- Good understanding of fundamental graphic design principles and concepts.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Figma along with a strong understanding of graphic conceptualization.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and other AI-powered design/creative tools will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of color theory, typography, layout design, composition, and branding principles.
- Candidates should be able to understand creative briefs and translate ideas into visually engaging designs.
- A portfolio (link or PDF) showcasing your best design work is required and should be shared along with your application.
