Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to manage student admissions and guide prospective parents and students through the admission process. The candidate should have excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to build positive relationships with parents.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries from prospective parents through phone calls, email, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
- Explain the school’s curriculum, academic programmes, facilities, activities, fee structure, and admission procedures.
- Counsel parents and students regarding suitable classes/programmes and admission requirements.
- Conduct and coordinate school campus visits for prospective parents.
- Follow up with prospective parents and maintain regular communication throughout the admission process.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, leads, applications, admissions, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate admission forms, document verification, assessments, interviews, and related processes.
- Convert admission enquiries into confirmed admissions while maintaining professional and ethical communication.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to ensure a smooth admission experience.
- Prepare regular reports on enquiries, follow-ups, applications, and admissions.




- Support admission campaigns, open houses, exhibitions, educational fairs, and other promotional activities.
- Respond promptly and professionally to parents’ questions and concerns.
- Maintain confidentiality of student and parent information.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised university.
- Candidates with qualifications or experience in Education, Counselling, Management, Marketing, or Communications will be preferred.
- Prior experience in school admissions, counselling, education, customer relations, or a similar role is an advantage.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of the local language is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and counselling skills.
- Pleasant personality and qualified appearance.
- Good convincing and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong follow-up and organisational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and school admission/CRM software.
- Ability to handle multiple enquiries and work under admission-season targets.
- Patient, approachable, and parent-friendly attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
